I am starting to get worried about my upcoming apartment. I believe in this list, they are asking me to register for an intensive language course.
The issue is, this could be me translating the information wrong. But also the two others how are on an exchange year from the same University as me did not have to present this information. Do they happen to think I am studying a language course, or that I am taking lessons in German? Should I email them for clarity?
For some context, I am a British exchange student studying law.
I have uploaded the list, so if you see any missing translations or incorrect ones. I would appreciate any help.

Looks like they intend to issue you a student residency permit.
Student comes in two subclades, regular student and study prep. The language course requirement is for study prep only. You can see this from the point below health insurance – they ask for Immatrikulationsbescheinigung or an application to study at uni. You need the Immatrikulationsbescheinigung for the regular student residency permit but the application to study for study prep.
