Last week I did a lot of overtime. They’re shown on my pay slip, but what I don’t understand is that these hours are only paid at 30%?
I thought overtime was overpaid!
Or have I misread the pay slip?

You misread: they are probably payed 100% as “prestations” and 30% as a supplement. (although it’s strange it’s named “Supplement equipe” and not “supplement heures en plus” or something like that.

if the 39,50 hours don’t inlude the overtime, you might not have them paid, but you get them as extra holiday (“recuperation”)
