Not combat footage but I thought I’d share it here,

  1. This guy is a hero for speaking his mind, if only more did the same.

  2. Ignorance is a choice. If he can speak his mind, others could as well.. But they choose not to.

  3. Now compare this to the most videos seen online showing russian public opinion when stopped on a street, maybe something is changing and they will eventually get the moment of realisation, either way hats off to him for speaking out!

  4. I really hope he will be safe after this. He seems to be a genuine and kind human being. They aren’t long for this world once they speak their minds in russia. I know their are more like him there, but they are the minority for sure. Unfortunately, the other 9 out of 10 support putin and the war. But I don’t want to take away or belittle what this man said and the stand he just took for his people and country. He’s showing the world that not all russians are bad and can be capable of empathy. It’s all in his eyes. You can see his concern and pain for how things turned out. If only more were like him.

  5. Old Cossack hits the nail on the head. Speaks some truths over here. I wish more Russians spoke their mind like this.

  6. Vadim got emotional…

Vadim made a mistake because in orcistan ‘Everybody loves putler’…

Vadim should stay away from high rise buildings with windows and the tea served at his local watering hole

if only more people were like Vadim, but he’s 84 so he can speak his mind

  7. Wrong, his vote will count for Putler, unfortunately. Even though he might not vote at all.

  8. Willing to risk it all. A man of principle. I hope he’s left alone.

  9. Poor Vadim, it was incredibly brave of him to speak the truth so openly. It was good to hear it before he disappears.

  10. As a Russian I had tears in my eyes🥲 well said Vadim

  11. Poor guy. 😔 Now he goes to jail for 800 years. 😔

  12. Brave man! Saying the reality of smart russians.
    Cheers on him.

  13. Respect for this gentleman. One of the very few, even among those who don’t support Putin and are against the war, that actually express he feels sorry for Ukranians.

What I mean is that many of them express their opposition to the war in terms of how it affects them (Russians dying, economic backlash, isolation from the world, etc), but they don’t give a fuck about Ukranians. Very few express somehow some kind of acknolwdege of Ukraine being the victim of an agression and show some kind of empathy, solidarity, sorrow, regret, worry or any of these kind of feelings that a sane human would have for other humans that are being attacked in such a way, despite any other considerations as political ideas, religions or whatever.

  14. I feel for this man but i get annoyed when Russians say that we used to have a great relationship with them. Russia has violated Nordic airspace and water multiple times before the invasion of Ukraine. Russia has always been hostile to its neighbors
