Hizbollah is about as interested in Rules of Engagements as Hamas.
Off the top of my head, Hamas war crimes/breaches of the Laws of Armed Combat. We can expect the same from the other “Army of God”:
– Intentionally targeting and killing non-combatants. (That’s what the rockets are for).
– Pillaging.
– Using civilian infrastructure as military (hospitals as command centers, schools as military posts, mosques as weapons factories, apartment buildings as rocket launchers… etc. etc.)
– Taking non-combattants hostage.
– Not providing medical support to prisoners.
– Torturing prisoners.
– Killing prisoners. *(this one is particularly bad)
– Using rape as a weapon of war. ** (This is arguably worse)
– Using human shields.
– Perfidy.
– Killing marked medical staff.
– Using marked medical vehicles and hospitals for military operations.
– Enlisting children as fighters.
– Using poison gas.
– Mutilation.
– Stealing corpses
– Holding corpses
