  2. A few years ago, there was an article about an electrical engineer who but a used Prius. The battery wouldn’t hold a charge, and replacing the battery pack was too expensive. He removed the pack, tested each cell and found the issue was a copper connector that was corroded. The cost of that connector was only a few cents. Replaced all the connectors and the battery was like new again.

  3. I see a lot of value in what can be extracted in scrap metal. If we can continue to engineer this sector, it can definitely clean a lot of spaces out.
