I’m glad these women are stating that they weren’t raped, but I don’t think, sadly, that this is the case for every woman POW. But the men… so many men raped. Russia needs to be completely annihilated

    Bless these beautiful women, and all women and men held as POWs by russia. If they’re not proof of the will and determination of Ukrainians then I don’t what is! I hope they will get all the services they need to overcome their ordeal and that the rest of their lives are healthy, happy and fulfilling for them. Glory to Ukraine!

  18. Controversial opinion maybe, but the only sa I’m hearing here is about men who were raped.

    Maybe this group can offer support to those men rather than just praise the women who were not sexually assaulted.

    In the light of this documented abuse and that this conflict is not going to be halted soon. Rather than push male conscription let’s have more female conscription. From the evidence women are safer when captured than men.

    In good conscience I cannot understand the desire to place someone in a high risk of being raped when captured when there are others who would be safer.

    Protect your men from rape.

    I’ll be interested in why a perceived but not actual risk (female rape) should be more of a concern then a proven risk (male rape).

    By not addressing this issue you run the serious risk of having a group of men with serious issues and no support at the end of this conflict.
