Strange how I still have never been breathalysed yet they’re pulling in these figures.
Would love to know how many of the drug driving related offences were from smoking cannabis in the previous days. Still plenty of dark days ahead for the cannabis brigade. Time we let people have a spliff and not be fearful of losing a license the next day or subsequent days.

Way too strict a limit. Should be able to have 2 pints and still be comfortably under the limit.

Driving everyday over Christmas and didn’t see a single checkpoint. I don’t think I even saw a Garda car tbh. Real number must be staggering
How many of those alteady had their licence suspended for previous DUI infractions?

Driving the motorway over Christmas i must have seen a few of these people.
Doing 60 when the speed limit is 120 is a big tell.
Lucky I was only doing 100 or I think I would have ran into them.
Fuck that’s depressing, what is wrong with people.
Moved to England 8 years ago.
I’ve driven about 70-80,000 miles in that time and not seen a single drink drive stop.
