As the title said. I am in Berlin and looking something to protect my daughter from the weather on the bike. I looked for everything online and couldn’t find anything like this. The other day I was on the bus and saw it, but I have know idea what is this called or where can I find one
I would try 2 places – a bicycle shop that sells baby seats for bikes, and a baby shop like Baby Walz.
That actually looks like it’s a rain cover for a normal pram that has just been mounted on a bicycle. Baby Walz has something like that for about €13 – search for “Regenschutz”

Not the exact thing you were looking for but it fulfills the same purpose.
oxygen depreciation on a bike
Typing three words into Google or Amazon was too hard I guess?
I don’t get it why people type long questions here instead of trying the obvious first…
Regenschutz Kindersitz Fahrrad… Amazon Germany Even works in English… raincover child seat bicycle
Don’t suffocate your child. When it rains, just use the bus or take a train
Is it not an ikea laundry or recycling bag??
If you regularly transport a young kid on your bike, consider getting a little trailer instead of a seat for safety reasons.
