Regardless of political affiliation I hope everyone can agree this is the correct stance to take about a convicted judge, if they don’t volunteer to resign immediately, and that no whataboutisms are helpful or necessary here.
Why do you have to push for removal, can the cunt not be jailed??
It’s amazing that a conviction like that doesn’t automatically disqualify you from being a judge.
In my ignorance I always assumed a Judge convicted of a serious offence would be automatically removed. Whatever needs to be changed to make this so should be done so, quickly.
I understand Judges need to be held at a certain level as they represent the law of the land but they’re still human at the end of the day, there’s bound to be bad apples just like in any aspect of society.
Wild that we have never, ever had to remove a judge.

Isn’t there a process through the Judicial Conduct Committee. The process hasn’t started yet .
The separation of powers make it a touchy topic so
There is criminal court. And then there is CRIMINAL court.
Why hasn’t he been removed already, is it not protocol to removed a convicted sex offender from the judicial system?
Ironic given Sinn Féin’s refusal/reluctance to co-operate with the authorities in the numerous cases regarding rapists and pedophiles within the ranks of Sinn Féin.
