Well English part is translated wrong here, but I’m not sure what it wants from you in Lithuanian either tbh.
That sentence should be something like “Translation of translator actions into Lithuanian”
That looks like an incoherent text.. I’d respond with an email asking to clarify exactly what they meant because whoever wrote that probably did it very mechanically and did not proofread it…
The gist of it is clear though – Migracija wants the translation signed by the translator to make it official.
The documents you attached are not signed by the notary. You need all documents that are translated to be with signature. Physical or digital by notary.
