Duolingo is such a shite way to learn languages on its own. Tried learning French and it just kept repeating “are you a horse”
one of the concepts in duolingo I think is that weird/funny sentences are meant to be more memorable? I’m having fun with it don’t get me wrong, and I love that the voices are real people and not robots, they’ve clearly worked hard on the course
