John Kirby: “Our information indicates that the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea recently provided Russia with ballistic missile launchers and several ballistic missiles…Russian forces launched at least on of these North Korean missiles into Ukraine.”

  1. How is this news? We’ve known for a long time they were buying weapons from NK.

  2. At the same time, the West already 2 years doesn’t change its stabilization/”bleeding”/de-escalation pacification policy toward Russia…

At first, the West, and only the West, by threats and lies, took away from Ukraine nuclear warheads (that didn’t need any maintenance for 30-40 years).

Then, in 2014-2021 years, the West didn’t allow Ukraine to create own WMD – the only real security factor, again deceiving Ukraine by fairy tales about International Law.

And finally, after start of ethnocidial war, the West, Ukrainian ally, instead of real sanctions and Lend Lease, consciously give to Russia not only 2 years to adapt to war, but and 200/600 billion dollars only for hydrocarbon trade.

Relatively to 240 billion dollars help (predominantly credits) to Ukraine. From which only ~**40** billion (VS **2,436** billion NATO military countries budgets; VS >**25,000** billion budget spendings) was spent on “too little, too late” delivered weapon supplied: ~**75/7,000** combat aircraft/helicopters (soviet), ~**600/12,400** tanks (~1/3 1960s models). Only for USA: **380/13,750** M2/M3 Bradley/M7 BFIST/Stryker/M1117/M1200; not much bigger percent for **41,000** M113/MaxxPro/JLTV/M-ATV/LAV/LAV-25/AAVP7A1/Cougar (even by HMMWV – **2000/250,000**).

When in 2022 year just a little part of NATO’s ATACMS (produced 500 per year), ~10,000 long-range rockets, ~600,000 glide bombs was more than enough to instantly destroy Crimea bridge and then guarantee Ukraine victory.

But instead of fast restoration of Ukrainian territorial sovereignty by economic sanctions (“whitelists”, export restrictions for neighboring Russia countries, assets seizure), by Lend Lease (already existing; by National Emergencies Act; by emergency arms sale on European money), or even by paramilitary aviation, Sierra Army Depot junk, unlimited supplies of moped engines, the West deliberately allowed Russia 2 years to do what Russia, with increasing help of Iran and North Korea, did.

Exchanging lives of Ukrainians on profits from military orders, redistribution of markets, lower inflation, higher political ratings, and Sullivan’s “bleeding Russia” strategy with comforting pleasant lie: “Ukraine was in need, and we helped it! Without us Ukraine would be doomed! So we are real Good guys! WW2 veterans would be so proud of us!”

But Israel, Russia, North Korea, and now partially Iran, show that there always was an alternative to western help. Alternative, possibility of which was taken away from Ukraine by West-Russia WMD-monopoly. By coercive monopoly. By new World’s aristocracy that under pressure of WMD-blackmail, but still, agrees with WMD-Might make Right/True” Russian logic.

If someone, by threats and lies, will take away from a person a gun and will prohibit to obtaining it. And then, when this unarmed victim was attacked by someone with machete and threats to use gun, will start cautiously “assist” victim by table knives, brass knuckles and pocket knives. He is not a good person.

Not by Christian, not by Humanistic or Liberal norms. Not even close.

  3. damn, so i guess scholz, biden and the republicans have no excuse anymore to not supply taurus and atacm’s to ukraine in quantity.

looks like shit just escalated anyway, even with their inaction. damn, who’d have thought?

  4. Looks like Kim made out on this deal. Notice Nkorea couldn’t get their missiles into orbit? Also couldn’t get a good reentry to really toss their nukes around. Was a reason the meeting was where it was held. Putin traded basic rocket tech for ammo. Makes the west coast now hot able from the Nkorean nukes. Plus N Korea can do mass production with materials from Putin. Bet they making missiles for him now along with the artillery barrels and ammo. Kim is getting his wish.

  5. So they can escalate it but we can’t? Just give UA what they need.

  6. Great weapons marketing for the commie basterds, unfortunately. Not sure how long the world can wait for the North Korean regime to collapse on its own/succumb to its own population’s uprising. Their threat will only be rising. The fact that they are still there after repeatedly kidnapping humans from South Korea and Japan, taking over a US ship and flying missiles into multiple third parties’ national territory only speaks to the weakness of global governments. We can all see how that has lead to Russia’s aggression and atrocities. North Korean needs to be, ahem, redesigned. P.S. Coming from the official US channels, this news serves as an “they did it first, we had no choice” excuse to pour long distance missiles into Ukraine. Gonna be fun to watch soon.

  7. I have a better idea. Those 1st 3 steps are a waste of time. Supply Ukraine with ATACMS and allow them to use ALL weapons on Russian territory.

  8. Well next time Jim King Kong fires a missile in the sky…. Shoot it down! 🤷

  9. Fortunately for Putin, Russians don’t mind their rockets accidentally destroying their own cities.

  10. 1. Condemn
    2. Sanctions
    3. Release information to the public
    4. Provide air defense as “the most effective response” if congress will sign bill

Summarizing – “we ain’t gonna do a thing”. Thank you, very fucking helpful.

You, westerners, afraid nuclear war? You will get it…

  11. You have these poor sanctioned companies providing weapons to Ukraine now, and wealthy western countries are struggling with internal politics to help out Ukriane. Reminds me of WW2.

  12. Awesome. Let’s take the finger cuffs off of Ukraine and assist them in cutting off power to Moscow and St. Petersberg.
