The name is Bilz and without knowing anything about the edition and the year and considering the condition I‘d say almost nothing.
It’s not worth anything, but historically it signifies and era which was the beginning of a kind of “New Age” or “back to nature” ethic. This was the Art Nouveau era where art, design, health and other fields re-discovered nature and the romanticism of earlier ages.
I would date this book around 1900 and the cover design was typical of many books of this era.
