So the Fed doesn’t use the word “recession” in shorthand notes from their closed door meeting and that means… we’re totally good? Soft landing achieved? Forget all the negativity, we beat the fundamentals of economics by _checks notes_ ahh yes printing money exponentially faster! That has never led to an empire’s inevitable decline ever in history, no wayyyy we are golden!

The Fed can’t “print” money as in to increase the stock of US government liabilities. Only the Treasury spending via Congressional budget approval can do that (and indeed do every time they spend).

At one point in white American time.. Cotton was a reserve commodity. The US still has cotton from the slavery era. Since DOLLAR bills (cash/money) is primarily comprised of %75 cotton……
Everyone is slaving away for the very SAME cotton that slaves were tortured to harvest.
