  4. Their slow walking isn’t going to change what I saw on live video feeds that day. I watched them break in. I watched them attack police. I watched them ignore orders from armed officers and some lost their lives. I watched them in Senators offices. I saw them in body armor with zip cuffs.

    I watched in horror as the seat of our government was attacked and we did nothing.

    Speaker Mike Johnson may want to erase the facts of an attempted coup and undo the bipartisan investigation of the Jan. 6 Committee, but he can never alter the facts.
    Instead, his actions are putting members of Congress, staff, the press and all visitors to the Capitol at risk and further delegitimizing the integrity of this institution, especially the lack of integrity from the Speaker.

    The video that House Republicans handed to Tucker Carlson was not redacted at all.

    But you can be assured that Jack Smith also has all the original, unredacted video, and he plans to use it.

  33. How funny would it be if the reason for the slow rollout is BECAUSE they insisted on blurring all the faces of those involved. We’re talking thousands of individuals moving in and out of unsteady frame, in all manner of differing formats, and at low enough resolution and quality in some cases that automation might not be possible. All for, as they’ve said themselves, thousands of hours of footage. I would bet they literally just can’t redact it all fast enough.

  37. We’ve been fuming for Justice for 3 years, since we all watched it unfold live on national broadcast TV. It’s taken its toll on me mentally, emotionally, and physically. ALL involved need to face their crimes and be brought to trial, or it will be the end of The Great Experiment.
