  4. Meanwhile there are over a million homeless for the first time in our country’s history since the Great Depression. Hate to be a naysayer, but I can’t afford the level of lifestyle that I could 10 years ago and I’m making quit a bit more. Long overdue for a new car but that’s a pipe dream at this point. Is it just me, or are all these rosy projections just a little overstated?
