Hi, I have a subscription made for d-ticket with this app, after 6 months in Germany, I don’t need it anymore and when I tried to cancel, the app says it must have a cancel button, but it hasn’t. I tried trough their website, also not working, app and website seem to be different ways of logging in. Pretty much tried everything, I even emailed them, got no answer, and than emailed mobility inside, also no answer. Does anyone know how to cancel this stupid ticket trough this app? On official DB cancel formular, it doesn’t show RMW.
