The problem is even if you conclusively prove someone travelled to his island, stayed in his properties etc. That in itself is not a crime unless they’ve lied under oath saying differently. Actually having a reasonable prospect of conviction at the standard of beyond reasonable doubt that something sexual occurred specifically with that specific individual without collaborating witnesses, DNA, CCTV etc is always going to be a struggle unfortunately.
What else was expected and I’m not referring to any conspiracy cobblers? The release of the papers was well trailed, anyone named in them was aware and no one appealed against their publication. A case of nothing to see here.

To make it more awkward they queue for hours to ensure they are at the front of the crowd barriers so press photographers will see the placards. Also all local areas will get hand out flyers with Prince Andrew quotes, from his Newsnight interview given to members of the public on the day. The longer that goes on, the more it will shame The Royal Family into pushing out Andrew.

If there is no new evidence to convict him then that is the only possible outcome. The law works for victim and defendants alike, so if we have no grounds to convict him (yet) then he has every right to remain free. Does he know more than he is letting on? Probably. Can we convict him on a court of law based upon that assumption? No.
