  1. These discrimination cases are just a way for them to earn a quick buck. I can’t decide who want to lose most from this.

  2. Look, I think these discrimination cases are ridiculous, and I’m glad the hotel group won. But for an SC to argue that a multi generational group income can generate a credit line is factually inaccurate.
    Nobody is getting a credit card because the mammy and the granny have €160 a week too.

  3. Never been to a hotel in recent year where a credit card was to be used in case of damage ect.

    Seems like a good ruling to me .

  5. Did they claim discrimination because the hotel required a credit card? I don’t think that’s discrimination at all tbf, and I’m NEVER taking out a credit card. Credit Cards caused the Recession I grew up in, so I’d simply choose a different hotel.
