My dad has a ivory carving he bought in Tanzania in 1974. I’m confused on the legality of selling it when looking online. Can someone please clarify if it’s legal to do so? It’s weighs a little over 5.3kg. I think I saw somewhere that it’s legal to sell to museums but it’s not that old so idk
