i get if you dont know but to me it just looks more like camera automating HDR with bright skies messing with exposure (i.e. sky is blown out and white and you get your shadows or your sky is blue and your shadows are black, but if you take both exposures and merge them you get a High Dynamic Range image that matches better with what your brain seen processing the scene in real time)

to be fair if thats the case thats a pretty good in camera phone HDR most i’ve seen over do the HDR
