  1. Resignation isn’t good enough, straight to fucking jail. He should be held to a much higher standard than the rest of us based on his position.

  2. Had a tough upbringing, suffered with addiction and has started a safe pass course, so Helen is trying to give him a chance with just a resignation

  3. I think he should have been fired before the conviction. Just to send the signal that such behaviour (or naked criminal activity) is not tolerated. Especially not by a judge.

  4. Makes you wonder why a lot of rape/ sexual assault cases are handed suspended sentences, if this is what we have in the judiciary.

  5. The judiciary have astonishingly little checks on their power in our system. It’s effectively impossible to impeach them or remove them from power if they refuse to resign. Even the way they are appointed is very convoluted and not very clearly understood.

  6. In fairness for person born with no arms and one leg , it wouldn’t be too hard to imprison him, one of them child gates would probably suffice.

  7. No arms , 1 leg 🦵…. He’s a determined MF’r if nothin else, have this vision in my head of him hopping around the room after ya , on 1 leg swinging the dick like Charlie Chaplin 🤣🤣🤣

  8. I read McEntee confirms resignation and got a bit excited but its just another scumbag judge.

  9. “stated misbehaviour or incapacity” has never been judicially interpreted” Yeah, sexually assaulting 6 young lads should probably do it.

The sentence will probably be an insulting joke. “Well, since he said he’s really sorry and his mum wrote a letter saying he’s usually lovely….”
