  1. No. A report from a biased minority based on opinion carries no weight.

    Bring some actual fact.

  2. Not if Trump is accused of it. He has been anointed by god to be president.

  3. We all knew it was happening at a break neck pace. Trump has only ever cared about lining his own pockets at the expense of America.

  4. The majority don’t know how to respond to facts. Why is the minority confusing them. They should just make wild accusations if the want the Rs to respond (quasi /s)

  5. I kind of thought that’s what I was voting for in 2020. Y’know, the whole “trump is a threat to democracy and has already abused his power, so we need to hold him accountable and set up safeguards to prevent it from happening again.” Then trump lost the election, he staged a coup, and once the Democrats finally had control of Congress and the Whitehouse they…passed legislation to make American companies more competitive against China…? Yes, folks, that was the first bill they passed following the coup. Really shows how urgent the coup attempt was and how much they care about trump being a threat to democracy.

And now they’re telling me the same thing again this election, except, why on earth would I vote for those who have already failed to do anything about trump?

  6. Surely the GOP is going to investigate this also. they seem very concerned about corruption

  7. Big deal, so they’re saying that $7,000,000 from unfriendly countries is somehow more important than Biden helping his son with a couple truck payments? Puhleeeze!!

  8. I *love* the fact that in the [Executive Summary](https://oversightdemocrats.house.gov/sites/democrats.oversight.house.gov/files/2024-01-04.COA%20DEMS%20-%20Mazars%20Report.pdf) of the report, they cite from Cohen’s testimony, that it’s known and demonstrated that Trump didn’t even plan to become president and that his intention was to “get rich quick” by the campaign only…lol. Woops!

    > “The presidency became the fulfillment of a get-rich-quick campaign he reportedly described as “the greatest infomercial in political history.”

Fucking idiots voted for the worst – but most successful – grifter in history.

  9. Throw it on the pile of shit Trump will never be held accountable for.

  10. Dictatorship brings corruption and corruption brings dictatorship.

  11. The problem is that he has so many serious charges against him resulting from actions that cost lives, “minor” transgressions like this are forgotten. To bring charges for the obvious grift would direct attention away from the main events.

  12. I can hear MAGA now, “This just proves he’s a shrewd businessman. He did nothing wrong!”

  13. $5.5m from China? $600k from S.A.? Really? Is this all they came up with? Hell, I remember some exec from Novartis paying Cohen $1m before Trump even took his oath of office to fast track some drug through the FDA. It would not surprise me at all that Trump had a standing order to his “family” to bring in no less than $1m a day that he was in office.

  14. Republiquans don’t care about enforcing the Emoluments Clause, the 14thA, rape, bank fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, colluding with foreign enemies, etc. UNLESS it applies to a Democrat.

Comer & Jordan are satisfied that the private (unregulated) $2B loan that Kushner received from Saudi Arabia right after leaving office doesn’t violate the Emolument Clause or any other law.

  15. Republicans only care about the Constitution when it benefits them, like democracy and laws in general. They are beginning to show that we are nota Constitutional Republic but rather a Fascist Republic. The Supreme Court will make the final decision on which of these is America.

  16. Didn’t the guy say years ago on the Howard stern show that if he became president he’d make so much money? Why the hell are we surprised that’s what he did when he actually got there?

  17. He is a walking pyramid scheme. Borrows to pay down another, with empty promises and an empire built on fake credit and inflated assets.

May the cards fall on him, hard.

  18. Let me take a stab at it: He made business cards like George Castanza’s Art Vandelay Import/Export except his said Trump Douche Bag Quid Pro Quo! Just a guess

  19. trump is an egotistical pathological liar and pervert. The fact that people believe him leads me to lose all hope for humanity. A person can be smart, folks who believe him and watch the apprentice are plain stupid.

  20. Isn’t it weird that it’s so little money though? Something like 10million from foreign sources through his business?

  21. Well, you see, while Republicans hold the executive branch they are immune to prosecution. And then when you exit the presidency you are no longer in violation of the clause, so it’s really just a witch hunt. Trump was fully on the up and up, he had reams and reams of blank paper on that table to prove it. Only scum bags like that weasel Jimmy Carter would try and profiteer his peanut farm through the presidency. That’s why we had to go after him.

  22. Has anyone in recent memory made the rule of law ….look….so foolish…….if I worked in law enforcement I’d be very worried. As your looking like fools with this orange guy committing crime after crime….keystone cops come to mind

  23. And now you know why Trump is accusing Biden of such behavior; yup, projection!

  24. 2 billion from the saudis to Jared….

How much of that do you think will end up getting lost and going straight into trumps own bank account…

  25. Trump is the only president in modern history to lose money while in office. According to Bloomberg he lost a third of his net worth in office. There’s no merit to the idea that Trump used the White House to enrich himself.

  26. > …If the committee’s Republicans had this kind of evidence on Hunter Biden, Congressman Jim Comer already would have asked for an appropriation to fire Hunter Biden into the sun.

    DAYUM

  27. Let’s be real, our only chance for minuscule amount of peace is if Trump dies of old age and, morbidly, Biden croaks from old age to quell the crazies. The hate boner they have for him in particular is way too strong lol

  28. Sadly, it won’t get traction. Not even on the top 20 list of corrupt shit he’s done.
