This looks somewhat Bavarian or related. As a Bavarian I’d say this looks pretty Bavarian, but as others have mentioned could also be Austrian (I consider that to be one cultural sphere). The men’s hats with (what I assume are) chamois tufts of hair certainly suggest Austria or Bavaria I woud say, its from Austria. The Guy infront has a tyrolian Tracht. The man in the back is wearing „Loferl“ (calf warmers) which I only know as a part of the bavarian costume (Tracht). Haven’t seen it in Austria. Was für Deutschland is‘ne alpine Kultur. Der höchste Berg bei mir im Landkreis ist 40m hoch. Could be even Slovenian. Alpine cultures are a thing.
