  1. Jesus christ, he’s not even trying to stop the accusations anymore, is he?

  2. Looking forward to this clown getting more and more unhinged as the campaigns continue and the election gets closer.

His fucked up civil war comments today is a prelude to things to come for this election.

  3. > It’s not clear why Trump chose not to sign the oath for the 2024 election cycle…

    It isn’t?!

  4. So do it in public. Bring the paper to him and film him signing it or refusing.

  5. State- “Sure I’ll let you in my house if you promise not to kill me while I sleep.”

Trump- “I’m not going to promise that.”

Dumbass MAGA and republicans- “That guy is great! Let him into your house!”

  6. Well, that’s because he plans to overthrow the government.

The guy who lies about every fucking thing can’t bring himself to lie about that?

    What the fucking fuck?

  7. >I, …. do swear that I am a citizen of the United States and the State of Illinois, that I am not affiliated directly or indirectly with any communist organization or any communist front organization, or any foreign political agency, party, organization or government which advocates the overthrow of constitutional government by force or other means not permitted under the Constitution of the United States or the constitution of this State; that I do not directly or indirectly teach or advocate the overthrow of the government of the United States or of this State or any unlawful change in the form of the governments thereof by force or any unlawful means.

That is the full oath. It’s been around since the 50s, as part of the McCarthy-era red scare stuff. Having it be a legal requirement was ruled unconstitutional back in 1972, but it’s still be done by candidates because…duh.

  8. [consistent with his peoples actions and beliefs](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oyg60yZhdy0). Still gotta wonder why Flynns brother was in a room deciding the military actions that day..even gotta wonder why the powers that be denied he was there..I would imagine if we were able to look at all the private texts it would become crystal clear, which sadly it should be already.

  9. >It’s not clear why Trump chose not to sign the oath for the 2024 election cycle

    Why so cowardly, WBEZ?

Why so reluctant to call it like it is? Why this walking on eggshells?

It’s perfectly clear why he chose not to sign the oath.

  10. Maybe it forgot its name, or is too uneducated to write!🦨💩

  11. Probably Trump is thinking “this time around I want them to sign an oath of loyalty to *me*”

  12. He’s a traitor, and so is anyone who still supports him.

  13. “Pledging not to overthrow our democracy is a hard thing to do when you’ve already attempted it once,” Pritzker spokeswoman Christina Amestoy told WBEZ.

    Wicked burn…

  14. How stupid is Donald Trump? Sign the damn loyalty oath! I mean if you’re going to overthrow the government, signing paper that says you won’t is meaningless, amiright?

  15. Its getting comical at this point really. A pledge to not overthrow the government??? How is this election even close?

  16. It’s cute that anyone would think it would matter if he HAD signed it.

  17. Gross gross gross. He’s an embarrassment. Like his voters.

  18. Who cares what the Traitorous POS signs or doesn’t sign, his word and his character are worthless

  19. He will get far more MAGA support if he tries to overthrow the government, so not surprising.

  20. Well, if ‘when someone tells you who they are, believe them’ is good advice, then surely when they’re yelling it at the top of their lungs, it’s even more salient.

  21. He already is advocating for overthrowing the government since Jan 6 2020.

  22. Only thing he’s being totally transparent about on thing. He hates this country.
