[FCIN1908] The Italian Council of State have confirmed the decision of Juventus to RESIGN from the ‘battle’ in appeals over the Calciopoli scandal. Further, the Council has waived the appeal and denied Juventus’ continuous ask for financial compensation from the FIGC: approximately €443M.
