I am confused. I mean, this is a thing since I hit my 30s and now use sticky notes, but right now it’s more excessive than normal.
The article title suggests all of this is over, but as far as I know, there are 4 blockades. The article didn’t cover this, and the article only talks about one specific blockade. Does this mean the other 3 are still going?
*”…Medyka border crossing.”*
Guess they didn’t get the latest paycheck from Putin so they ended 4he blockade
Yep, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Czesław Siekierski and Voivode of Podkarpackie Teresa Kubas-Hul has met with the protesting farmers today.
In the evening announced that the agreement had been signed and the blockade suspended.
Not ended because the farmers are afraid that the government is not going to fulfill its promise which is to lower agricultural tax, preferential liquidity loans and a corn production subsidy of 1 billion Polish zlotys ($250 million).
Entire protest is a result of financial losses for farmers which are struggling because of huge flow of Ukrainian agricultural products.
Hovewer, the truckers’ protest is still ongoing because the government has a hard time negotiating both with the protesters and the Ukrainian government.
