He absolutely made the wrong choice. There was plenty of time to throw it away, but he cowered, closed his eyes and froze in fear… directly over the grenade. The psychological effect of a drone buzzing directly overhead would be my guess as to the reason he locked up. At least it was painless. Shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Play games of terror and win terrifying prizes.
