Hi friends,

We are Raven and the Dark Shadows, a rock band out of Miami Beach, Florida.

We are coming to Europe in July for a small tour that culminates in the first musical performance at the Catacombs since 1897 as part of the 2024 Paris Olympic Opening Ceremonies.

Leading up to our historic performance, we will be having small intimate performances in haunted (or rumored to be haunted) spaces. We will be filming both concert footage and music footage in these places.

Since Reddit has always been a great forum for us to find places in the States, we are wondering if you guys had any suggested haunted venues that could work for a small music performance. We also were wondering if anyone here would like to help out and be extras in the film (we have extra masks). If interested in being an extra, please send a PM.

    Today? Perhaps you could consider abandoned village Agios Sozomenos

  2. In my opinion, the best place is the no man zone in abandoned part of Nicosia in between Greek Cypriot and Turkish occupied sides. However, you might need some legal work to visit it, I think.

  3. Mitsero red lake and Mitsero mine, these places are connected to the only known Cyprus serial killer. They are creepy, the ‘blood’ lake being visually impressive. Although I don’t know if it’s a good idea – to turn the place of fairly recent tragedy into stage?

  5. Check Foinikas village in Paphos area. It’s a very old village with massive history connected to actual Templar knights. I wouldn’t say it’s haunted but it can give a spooky vibe.
