It’s about now that Hamas is starting to think their tactic of hiding behind civilians so they die first isn’t saving them as they thought.
Good. Then Israel should process the citizens of Gaza back into the North and create a safe, managed area so civilians can get supplies and medical treatment.
I am reminded of former President Bush standing on the aircraft carrier all those years ago declaring ‘mission accomplished’. Anyone who understands or has read about insurgencies should be well aware that it is highly unlikely (if not downright fanciful) to think that Hamas is ‘dismantled’ at this point.
Let’s hope they didn’t radacalise the next generation in Palestine against them.
Kill every last terrorist
🇺🇸🇮🇱
You cant kill an ideology 😭
I.e we’ve levelled the entire territory
Israel said that next is the personnel dismantling. Piece by piece.
They might want to double check. That guy is a joker
What would be the best source to look for the number of civilians killed?
Or you could say Northern Gaza has been completely demolished
Along with dismantling every other thing in existence in that area
OK, but according to liveuamap, there’s still a considerable swathe of territory, including much of Gaza city, not under Israeli occupation. I’m sure that area has been bombed very extensively, but how does the IDF know that Hamas’ “military framework” in that area has been “dismantled”?
(People will assume from my tone that I’m pro-Palestinian. Not that it should matter, but that’s not actually true.)
Should have been completed weeks ago, this was all done so ineffectively and with so many needless innocent deaths.
Lmao they dismantled everything else as well.
Meanwhile Hamas 2.0 is being created from the displaced and mourning.
They should have landed on the aircraft carrier with “Mission Accomplished” in big bold letters behind them. The goal was to eliminate Hamas not the top leadership and leave everything else behind. These groups will regenerate new leaders and replace them.
You need to read this carefully. They dismantled the military framework which means Hamas doesn’t have some commanders. So why can’t they replace the commanders and continue fighting?
The US was doing this to Al Qaida for 18 years and for some reason there just seemed to be more and more of these leaders. Almost as if killing the leaders made no difference to the organization. The organization just keeps adapting and expanding. Hamas has probably moved most of its organization from Qatar and Lebanon to Turkey. Let’s see if Israel is willing to take on the Turks to get at Hamas.
So they’ll be pulling out soon? /s
Ya ya!
“We’re going to dump 10000 more pounds of explosives on it just to be sure though. We’re recommending all civilians head there now. For safety.”
Job’s half done.
Good. Now comes the hard part: rebuilding Gaza. It has to be done, and the Gazans have no where else to go. If the Israelis don’t, then they’re looking at another phase of the conflict happening likely soon.
Interesting way of saying “we’ve completed levelled the place and ended anything living there”.
Dude, they just launched rockets on NYE!
