I saw this yesterday in my local Coop and just wondered how/why this could happen….Even though 2.55 CHF is almost a bargain (/s) for two slices of sausage, there is no way someone would buy that. The person who packaged it must have felt silly.

That would likely be an implausible defence 🙂
^(You most likely meant to write) *^(justify.)*
Those two slices never ever weight 86 gram. There is literally more missing.
>person who packaged it
all he could see was 1 and 0
Biology lab for only two fitty.
It is 1,25 actually. Retirees will pick it up in a moment.
It’s a display case, I assume the artist is bemoaning the wastefulness of our society.
You’re at an an art sale, right?
True. Who would eat two whole slices? I hate how this encourages food waste.
Coop, please, finally start selling single and half-slices!
I have no idea how this works in practice since I don’t eat meat. But what happens to meat sold in the butcher section (i.e. not packaged in plastic) once it comes close to sell by date? Will it eventually get packaged like this?
The waste of plastic for such an insignificant amount.
