  1. The propaganda seems to be working very well. There have been quite a few of these videos recently so I guess that a lot of the newer conscripts seem to believe the propaganda that being in Ukrainian captivity is worse than death. It’s really messed up.

  5. I don’t think any Ukrainian would kill themselves. They know that they are fighting for the lives of every Ukrainian to be free. Russia on the other hand…..is fighting due for conscription obligation to support Putrid and his Napoleaonic vision of European dominanace. Russia has no cohesion, no love of their homeland. Ukraine is firing on all cylinders, wanting to be free and loving Ukraine.

Russian army leaders deliberately infuse new troops with the concept that, if captured by Ukrainians, death is certain in the form of torture, so better to off one’s self before capture so at least you die a Hero of Russia and your family earns a sack of potatoes or somesuch reward for your patriotic action.
