Few of my friends got married in the usual civil state hall (1st pic) but recently I saw pictures of an other location on their website that looks better. Does anybody know how to book this place instead?

I don’t think you can book it. It’s basically what your local city office has.
Just ask the civil office. The one where I live offers different locations on different days, too.
