2. Until such times as the NHS is gutted of this corrupt, middle management nonsense and streamlined into an actual health service focused on the needs of patients again, criticism of the NHS will only grow.

   It is a disgrace to patients and taxpayers that chancers like this are allowed to take the piss to this extent.

   Now translate this example across nearly every public service and you start to realise why, despite all the money we pay in tax, everything just gets worse and we have no tangible improvements to show for it.
