What is the legal smoking age in Switzerland?
I keep searching but I don’t find a proper source to clarify this. Has there been a federal change since January 2024 to set 18 as minimum age everywhere?
Wikipedia says it’s 16 to 18 based on the place, but there are news articles mentioning the new country wide regulation

The date for the new 18+ law hasn’t been set yet, it will be sometime this year. For now you can still buy smokes in SZ and AI as a 6 year old.
