Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about these. The water is currently coming out smelly I’m guessing it needs some chemicals added and a filter change. We have the manual but it makes no sense to use what so ever.

Yes it’s from a water well in Norway.
Yeh it’s in the basement and being powered.
I used to have this at my house. You probably need to add Potassium permanganate aka Kaliumpermanganat (In Norwegian).

It’s a powder added to the small container next to the tank. If it has run too long without a refill you might need to change the gravel inside the big tank. But check with a local plumber to be sure. Since I’m not a plumber I might be wrong.
