I have the app running and i was told that I’ll get a mail with a qr code and nothing appeared
Anything i can do?
I have more 4 calendar days till the packet is returned

Click on the “Packstation” button on the bottom. The code should be there
Go there with your ID. I don’t think you need a QR code if you can identify yourself and the package is addressed to you.
The package should get shown in the Packstation section of the app. Check out the small symbol at the lower edge.
