If Biden committed crimes, they should be investigated. If during that investigation they find evidence of wrongdoing, present that evidence to a grand jury. If the grand jury decides to indict based on that evidence, then indict Biden. Anything other than that is an affront to the legal process.
But he did it to me is the baseless defense.

He truly does not understand that the executive branch does not indict people, grand juries indict people. Judges oversee that grand jury. To say you can baselessly indict someone is garbage. Charge them? Yea. Investigate them? Yea. And, if they are poor enough, you can even jail them if you are big enough of a POS. But indict them and give them prison time? Nope
The president does not have the right to indict people he does not like just because he wants to.
That Trump thinks so (even after four years of experience in that office), is a clear indication that the man is unfit to serve.
