New Brent Cross West Station has a typo! by BorisThe3rd Tags:LondonUnited Kingdom 10 comments A little known fact is that they are actually two different roads that happen to exist in the exact same moment in space and time. Your moquette scarf duck is spectacular. Congratulations I wondered where I’d left my E. That ‘Guess the Tube Station’ game made the same mistake but gave me a cold response when I told them about it. I reckon this is quite a common typo a lot of people make (not that people making signs for railway stations should be making such typos). If I was new to the area and you asked me over the phone to meet at Edgware Road, I would definitely spell it Edgeware. I spent far too long staring at the first photo thinking “but there’s no typo” Then I saw there was a second photo They charge by the letter So someone actually typed these out separately? Is nobody going to mention the duck…? Looks like some poor kid’s lost their favourite cuddly… ☹️ That station was so drab before, wow nice makeover.
