How do you get a suspended sentence for biting someone’s nose off.
What the fuck are these judges on?? She stopped taking her medication for ADHD which led to her biting someone’s nose off, but she has a “good chance or rehabilitation”? I’m genuinely all for rehabilitating offenders but throwing a suspended sentence at this is insane, she’s clearly a danger to society.

This app’s so fucked. I opened up this page to read the comments and for some reason I can hear a car engine coming out of my phone?
Wow, I’ve really been sleeping on the advantages of this medication shortage. Didn’t realise it gave me carte blanche to act like a deranged fuckhead.
Had it been a man he’d be in prison – no a man can’t have mental health issues – just a brute – whereas a woman does it and it’s all social workers and getting support for the mental health (no doubt mental health issues caused by a man)
My other half was randomly attacked in 2013 by a woman who bit part of her nose off. The woman who attacked her didn’t even see a court room. Due to the psychological torment she was going through, whilst pregnant and disfigured, she couldn’t face seeing the attacker. The police decided to NFA it. It was disgusting and a total miscarriage of justice.
There is a very strange justice system in this country..
“Irreversible and life changing injuries” – no punishment whatsoever. That’s the problem with this country.
Alright, it’s January, might be time to get back on the apps and see- Oh good lord….
Given 1 in 10 to 1 in 20 people have ADHD, from some arguments, and that there aren’t a lot of noseless people around, I don’t think this is a valid excuse.
That’s terrible, I feel so bad for that woman that just wanted to make some friends. What a cruel world. I guess everyone should be extra careful considering these kinds of people aren’t even being removed from society.
This is insane I have ADHD and ASD, I have also had psychotic episodes where I hurt nobody but myself. These are not indicators of a crime so violent. I can’t believe she’s got away with that it’s actually insane.
