Having to kick your director off the set because he possibly raped someone, but still having him direct remotely, is wild. Ideally they’d just have someone else finish the film or take over, this is like something out of South Park.

Any man is target for settlement these days. Case in point: you don’t need proof of anything, just say some shit happened or overplay a situation, and wait to cash-in. Of course this doesn’t apply to everyone, but I somehow doubt every single male celebrity or man in power is also secretly a rapist. Kevin Spacey got acquitted by nobody said shit. It’s shoot first, ask questions last in America.
Vin Diesel is even on the chopping block.
Not saying he’s innocent, but pretty shitty to have what could be a career ending headline only to have the second to last paragraph be about how the only investigation found that there seemed to be no sexual assault and a witness described the moment of walking in on the accuser and the acusee being a “tender moment”.
Again, not saying there ISN’T wrong doing, but think it’s pretty messed up to capitalize on speculation.
Speaking of… anyone else surprised to see Jared Leto as the first presenter of the Golden Globes???
