I love them, look at their tiny face connected to their furry slinky form, what does it mean for the squirrels though
How old does the New Forest have to be before its no longer the *new* forest?
I remember in 2022 there was a pine Marten found on camera in south London.
I remember at the time thinking how the F**k did a pine Marten get to London.
most sources say they are present in scotland, northern England and some parts of wales.
If there are pine martens spotted in London and now confirmed in the New forest. does this indicate that Pine martens are far more widespread across England than previously believed?
or are these unsanctioned releases kind of like the Beaver’s reintroduction into the UK ?
I swear I saw one in Devon the other day. Driving through the lanes , it was running ahead of us for a few seconds, we got a good look. It looked just like a weasel but was about the size of an otter. We were nowhere near any bodies of water though
Between this, beavers, Boars anything else coming back?
