Mutton stew. The only real lamb dish I like if I’m honest.
Crispy pancakes and chips, Campbell’s meatballs and chips, gammon steak and chips, turkey drummers and chips, mince n tatties. Pretty much all I got in the 80s

Beef Olives, they are so good. My aunt used to make them.
I did not realise that beef olives were a traditional Scottish dish.
Mince and potatoes, and pie and beans, stovies, piece ‘n Lorne sausage, haggis, neeps, black puddin’, potato scones, Baxters Game Soup!…..I could go on.
We really need to come up with better meals Jesus

My Dad was a butcher and used to call it steamed sausage. My Mum hated making it but my Dad and us kids loved it.
