This person sounds like they have a very particular set of skills. Skills they have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make them a nightmare for people like traffic wardens.
Sounds like they’re now going to look for them, find them and kill them by force feeding them tickets.
If I were a traffic warden, this car would absolutely be the first place I went every day after reading this.

I like that the first note is typed up, very polite and courteous and the second is scrawled up angrily with swearing and threats. Truly two sides to a person displayed there.
Funny how even threatening letters start with ‘Dear’.
