  1. It does have more protein than normal cheddar about 1/3 more, though how they’ve managed to reduce the calories by 40% has got me curious.

  2. Certainly has the Protein bar tax, that’s extortionate for what is undoubtedly not particularly good cheddar.

  5. I’ve never seen the point in all the protein products in Lidl and Aldi, their protein porridge has 1g more than a standard one and most stuff you can make up the difference yourself anyway by adding seeds like hemp which per gram is richer in it than chicken.
