The year is in the middle = 24 and the month is the one on top so 08.
You need to go in August 2024 to the inspection.

Edit: The black marks on january and december are there for the police, so they can see which month is on top when they drive behind you. When the big black mark is on the bottom the police know the month on top is 06. The sticker rotates so the inspection month is always on top.
I was always struggling or forgetting. Mentioned that to the TÜV guys.
