Sorry for this silly question but I can’t figure out how to open these boxes to collect a package. I have downloaded the PostNord app but can’t for the life of me figure out how to open it. Especially because the app keeps showing missing registration but I have already setup my account with my email and phone number.
There are two different PostNord apps, I am guessing you need the other one. Yes, very confusing and annoying, I know.
They should have the instructions written in both norwegian and english. Not everyone understands norwegian in Norway.
I hate when I’m in the same situation when travelling and have to resort to using translation apps..
