  27. I had been waiting 4 Russia 2 do this. People seem 2 forget, Russia could fire non nuclear ICBM'S @ Ukraine. Patriot system can not deal with that.

  28. North Korea is using this war to test their ballistic missiles. Russians launched the missiles from wrong direction, they could have hit it with far shorter distance and thus more accurately. The range of North Korean ballistic missiles is long enough that they cannot test those without causing international incident with neighboring countries. Thus Russians are clearly helping North Korean ballistic missile program to gather some data and probably little bit of extra technical support. This is probably part of what North Korea gets from selling Russia the artillery shells.
