Did they prosecute people after 2013 knowing that there was an IT problem?
If they did, the justice system in Scotland is more fucked than I thought.
The fault here is that the Post Office were lying fucking bastards. The “evidence” they gave to the courts was dodgy as fuck. That’s why the whole scandal exists.
Note – the mediation scheme was launched in 2013. Pretty fucking obvious that people were told then.
