Im from Barcelona… That’s sadly the prevalent souvenir shop type here. Nothing of matter, just jokes and laughing. Some stores you may gind something interesting, but if you want true catalan “merch” go to a museum giftshop, there you should be able to find something unique, the best ones in this matter are the history ones.
